FAQ
What are mobile water services?
Mobile water services are temporary water treatment solutions delivered in mobile units that can be rapidly deployed to your facility. These portable systems provide high-quality water treatment capabilities when and where you need them, whether for emergency situations, planned maintenance, or additional capacity needs.
How long can I rent a mobile solution for?
Mobile water services can be available to our customers typically from 1 day up to 7 years. Our flexible agreements can define the time period required with the option to extend if required. This is based on the principle of 'Pay as you Go' and is designed to enable us to provide you with this service for as long as you need it.
Who operates the mobile equipment?
We typically are involved in the mobilization, site installation and commissioning of the assets at your site. At this point, we would provide customer training for the day-to-day operations of the system. We support this operation with regular service visits to monitor, maintain and ensure the equipment is operating in optimal condition to meet your requirements.
What do you guarantee in a mobile water services agreement?
As an output performance-based service we are providing you with the treatment of process and waste water to achieve an agreed specification which will be detailed in our proposal to you. This is based upon working with you prior to mobilization to understand the required treatment technology and the performance you require.
What is included in a mobile water services agreement?
Our pricing is normally presented to you in several clear categories:
- Mobilization, installation, commissioning up to training
This section details the costs to send the equipment to you and get the system up and running at your site. It includes all start requirements. - Weekly rental
This includes equipment rental, service support, proactive and reactive maintenance, spare parts and consumables. A comprehensive bundled service to ensure optimum equipment operation. - Demobilization, disconnection and removal of the equipment
This section details the costs to send the equipment back to our depot.

Ezz Steel, a leading steel producer in the Middle East and Africa with a 7-million-ton annual production capacity, faced significant water management challenges in water-scarce Egypt. The company needed to transition from using Nile River water to a more sustainable solution for their cooling operations, while maintaining their production efficiency and environmental responsibility.
We responded to our clients challenge by implementing a comprehensive mobile water solution in two phases, ultimately delivering a 16,000 m3/day capacity system comprising seven brackish water reverse osmosis systems and two ultrafiltration containerized units. This solution not only secured 100% of Ezz Steel's water production with improved quality but also achieved a 75% reduction in chemical consumption. The implementation resulted in optimized cooling operations, maximized water reuse, and most importantly, helped preserve Egypt's precious freshwater resources while ensuring business continuity for Ezz Steel.
